All purchases made online and in store are considered FINAL SALE. Any deposits made are NON REFUNDABLE. Any concerns should be made upon receiving the items or arrangement.

 Wedding & Sympathy Arrangements
Please note that Wedding & Sympathy arrangements and bouquets are non refundable, any deposits made toward the purchase is non refundable even in the event of a cancellation. 

Shipping & Delivery Costs
Delivery is conducted by a third party company and therefore  delivery and shipping costs are non refundable once a delivery has been made. No store credit will be issued for delivery costs as well.
For issues regarding a delivery please contact us and provide full details including your full name and proof of purchase along with transaction details.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there are any issues. Concerns will not be accepted after 24 hours.

Gift Cards & Store Credit
Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Store Credit: Monetary value on store credit is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. 

Note: Gift Cards and store credit can not be replaced if lost or stolen.
