Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment Timing

All floral orders are processed according to the delivery or pickup date selected by the customer at checkout. Floral arrangements are made-to-order and prepared as close as possible to the requested delivery date to ensure freshness and quality.

Local Delivery

We offer local hand delivery to select areas. Delivery availability, fees, and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout.

  • Local deliveries are completed to the address provided by the customer.
  • Deliveries are typically made within our standard delivery window unless otherwise arranged.

If no one is available to receive the order, the arrangement will be taken back to the shop and additional re-delivery fees will incur. 

Proof of Delivery

For local deliveries, proof of delivery may include:

  • A photograph of the floral arrangement at the delivery location
  • Confirmation from the delivery driver
  • Time-stamped delivery records

Delivery photos can be provided upon customer request and may be retained for internal records and dispute resolution. By placing a local delivery order, the customer acknowledges that photo confirmation constitutes valid proof of delivery.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and delivery cannot be completed, additional delivery fees may apply.
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Risk of Loss

All orders are considered delivered and fulfilled once the arrangement is delivered to the address provided, regardless of whether the recipient is present at the time of delivery.

Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

We actively monitor orders for fraudulent activity.

In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to submit delivery confirmation at the recipients address, photographs, order details, and time-stamped records as evidence to the payment processor.
